Telugu Concert at VSL Glen Waverley

The lights shone brightly, the curtains flew free, and the stage was set for enthusiastic Telugu learning students, representing their ethnicity with pride and love. At this Telugu annual concert, students expressed the culture and tradition of Telugu through various presentations. These consisted of singing, dancing, reciting poems, skits and even playing in a band. The younger students specialised in their prayers, songs and cute poems. The older students took our breath away with the self-written skits, dances and songs played by a full band. To finish the concert, the Indian and Australian national anthems were played & sung. Congratulations to all participants.
